Uncovering the Apocalyptic Enneagram in the Book of Revelation
December 2024
Discover how the Enneagram, a key tool in understanding personality types, may unlock hidden interpretations within the Book of Revelation. This fascinating connection suggests that the "3, 6 & 9 Triune" found in the Enneagram can offer a new perspective on the ancient scripture, shifting its focus from primarily apocalyptic scenarios to a universal message of Christ's redemptive love.

Gurdjieff's Best
Kept Secret
November/December 2019
During his 1928-1932 visit to New York, George Gurdjieff imparted a crucial teaching to his followers about the importance of focusing on the "back of the head" as a meditative point to connect all three centers of the Enneagram: physical, emotional, and intellectual. This triune focus, aligning with specific brain regions such as the hindbrain, limbic system, and neo-cortex, provides a unique way to navigate mental, emotional, and physical stress.
Explore how this meditative technique, which has proven effective in enhancing personal well-being and overcoming challenges such as sleep disorders, offers a deeper connection to the whole self and possibly even mystical experiences.
Identifying the Enneagram in the Book of Revelation
February 2019
The Enneagram, as discovered and revealed by George I. Gurdjieff in the early 20th century, serves as a universal symbol for interpreting knowledge related to humanity and the universe. Central to Gurdjieff's teachings, the Enneagram operates on the Law of Three, which asserts that all phenomena involve two opposing forces and a third neutralizing force, with the 3, 6, and 9 triangle representing this "free trinity." Additionally, the Enneagram embodies the Law of Seven, indicating that all phenomena progress through seven stages, forming an infinitely repeating cycle.
Gurdjieff also explored the Enneagram's application to the Apocalypse, identifying how its structure directly parallels the apocalyptic narrative without the need for interpretative modifications.
Evolution's Best Kept Secret
October 2020
The First Analysis Institute of Integrative Studies (FAI) has long explored the intersections of the Personality Enneagram and evolutionary science. In this key publication, FAI explores the evolutionary genetic origin of the Personality Enneagram and how the Enneagram's "3,6 &9 Triune" pattern mirrors the structure of the Genetic Code.
This research inspired the creation of the “Triune Consciousness” framework, which explores deeper connections between biological and conceptual systems.

Identifying the Enneagram in the Genetic Code
March 2019
Between 1915 and 1917, P.D. Ouspensky and G.I. Gurdjieff studied the human organism as a "chemical factory" governed by Enneagram principles, but the discovery of DNA and the Genetic Code, which would later offer insight into this process, came decades later. The Genetic Code, essentially a Rosetta Stone for interpreting DNA, governs the translation of nucleotides into amino acids that build living organisms. This code may even have deeper connections to the universal Enneagram, as it appears embedded within the Genetic Code itself.

Vitamin A and D3 combinations reduce breast cancer tumor load in a postmenopausal MCF-7 xenograft mouse model in a dose- and time- dependent manner
December 2024
Earlier, we documented that a combination of vitamins A and D3 synergistically inhibited the growth of MCF-7, T48:A18 and SKBR3 breast cancer cells with the best activity seen in the ER+ cell line MCF-7. Transcriptomic analysis of treated MCF-7 cells also showed that the combination significantly upregulated the apoptosis and unfolded protein response canonical pathways, and reduced estrogen signaling.
Combination of vitamins A, D2 and D3 reduce tumor load and alter the expression of miRNAs that regulate genes involved with apoptosis, tumor suppression, and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition in HCT-116 colon cancer cells
May 2022
In previous work, we have shown the synergistic effects of combinations of vitamins A, D2, and D3 in reducing the proliferation of HCT-116 colon cancer cells. This combination also induced apoptosis and altered gene expression patterns as determined by transcriptomic profiling.
Combinations of vitamins A, D2 and D3 have synergetic affects in gastric and colon cancer cells
December 2019
Vitamin D was first hypothesized to play a role in cancer chemoprevention in 1980 when it was observed that there was a higher rate of colon cancer in the Northern USA as compared with populations living in the South. While cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) has been tested in many cancer-cell lines, published results for ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) are lacking for most epithelial cell cancers, and combination studies of both D2 and D3 and vitamin A (retinoic acid) are lacking in general. The goal of the study was to investigate the effects of vitamins D2, D3, and A, alone and in combination on the growth of all gastric and colon cancer cell lines in vitro.
Combinations of vitamin A and D are synergistic in breast cancer cells and alter gene expression in the endoplasmic reticulum stress, unfolded protein and estrogen signaling canonical pathways
March 2023
Numerous studies over the past 30 years have shown that bioactive compounds present in functional foods, including vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals reduce cancer risk. For example, vitamins A and D derivatives found in fruits, vegetables, and dairy products, reduce the growth of breast, bladder, head, neck, lung, prostate, and skin cancers. However, the effects of these combined vitamins have not been previously reported for breast cancer.
Transcriptomic analysis reveals that combinations of vitamins A, D2, and D3 have synergistic effects in HCT-116 colon cancer cells by altering the expression of genes involved in multiple canonical pathways including apoptosis, regulation of the epithelial mesenchymal transition and immunity
April 2021
Integrated systems biology approaches suggest that combinations of nutrients may be more effective against cancer due to the large number of signaling pathways associated with cancer initiation and promotion.
